Hello Wolf-pack families,
I want to introduce myself, I’m Rayann Mitchell, the new principal at James M. Marlowe Elementary. I am really excited to be joining the wolf-pack staff and anxious to get to know our students and families.
I had the opportunity to meet many of our staff, students, and families during my visit on Tuesday and would love the chance to meet many more of you soon. My official first day at Marlowe will be Wednesday, May 30. Our assistant principal, Mrs. Fish, our staff, and I will be busy all summer getting ready for the start of the 2018-19 school year.
Many of our students will be participating in summer learning programs at Cotee River Elementary. Please be on your best behavior, study hard, and make us wolf-pack proud! I will be stopping by to say hi and check on you throughout the summer, so be ready for lots of hugs!
I hope you all have a wonderful summer. I look forward to serving the Marlowe community and getting to know everyone associated with our school family. If there is anything that I can do to make our school greater, please let me know. I am always open to new ideas and willing to listen.
See you all soon!
